Install

$ cd Focus-Tracker && npm install && npm run build

Node 18+, macOS or Linux. better-sqlite3 builds from source โ€” macOS needs Xcode Command Line Tools. After a Node upgrade, npm rebuild better-sqlite3.

No arguments opens the TUI. A subcommand prints JSON โ€” no TTY, same database.
